Shipping Policies
We ship to all 50 US states and Canada as well as Internationally (including Military APO/FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes*).
Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail within two hours of placing your order. This confirmation will provide you with your order number and indicate the total value of the merchandise purchased.
Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an e-mail notification when your order ships. You may receive multiple shipping confirmation e-mails if items in your order ship at different times. The shipping notification will include information on how to track your order.
Order Processing
The order process begins as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your item will be processed once your credit card is approved and the shipping address is verified. Most orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed (if placed by 1:00 PM Eastern time). After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the location of your shipping address. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
Order Tracking
An “order tracking link” and tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation e-mail so that you may track the status of your order at any time.
Changes to Orders and Personal Information
We will do our best to accommodate changes to orders or personal information. However, we process orders quickly and cannot guarantee that your request will be fulfilled. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience, and we hope that in the majority of cases, our faster processing works to your advantage. We are not responsible for the shipping and handling fees incurred for items that have been mis-ordered.
Payment Options
We accept PayPal, Amazon Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.
If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly.
Return Policy
LiftKits guarantees the satisfaction of your insoles. Within 30 days after you received your order, you may return any LiftKits insoles in new condition for any reason, for a full refund of your purchase price (shipping cost not included).*
To return an item, you must send a return request to info@myliftkits.com which must include:
1. Your Full Name
2. Order Number
3. Item Name
4. A description of why you would like to return you insoles.
We will reply with information as to where to return the item and your pre-authorization number. We will NOT accept returned shoes that have not been previously approved. Special orders and custom orders are non returnable.
* Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refunds will be credited to the charge account used for the purchase. You will be notified via e-mail when the refund has been processed. Please be aware that it may take up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
Exchange Policy
Within 30 days of after you received your order, you may exchange your LiftKits insoles in new condition that you purchased online from us for a different size or different style.
To exchange an item, you must send an exchange request to info@myliftkits.com which must include:
1. Your Full Name
2. Order Number
3. Item Name
4. New size/style
Return the pair of shoes in original packaging. Please enclose the original invoice.* Customer is responsible for return shipping. Liftkits will be responsible for re-sending your insoles upon receipt of your return.
